8.2.1 Employment practice living wage

Based on the latest internal statistics in 2024, the average monthly salary for faculty members is NT$106,987 , while staff members earn an average of NT$58,248. Both figures are substantially above the statutory monthly minimum wage of NT$27,470 stipulated in Article 21 of the "Labor Standards Act."
