Providence University flexibly adjusts to external conditions and departmental needs to provide employees with remote work options. PU offers an information platform to support the remote work needs of faculty and staff and provides flexible working hours during specific periods, as follows:

Remote Work Platform: Our university offers the Microsoft 365 platform, allowing faculty and staff to conduct video conferences via Microsoft Teams. Additionally, the various software applications within the Microsoft 365 platform enable faculty and staff to access work-related data in the cloud at any time.

Online Courses: PU provides a digital learning platform, allowing students to take online courses (both synchronous and asynchronous) anytime and anywhere. Faculty can also conduct online classes from home or off-campus locations.

Reduced On-Campus Work Hours During Summer : During the summer period, on-campus work hours are reduced by two hours daily, with work managed through remote office solutions.
