8.2.6 Employment policy pay scale equity
The university's salary standards are determined based on the position, qualifications, and performance of the faculty and staff. Employees' salaries are not subject to differential treatment based on gender or sexual orientation. In accordance with Article 10 of the "Gender Equality in Employment Act," equal pay is provided for work of equal value.
