PU provides free public access to open spaces and green spaces once signing up at the University entrance.

The campus covers an area of approximately 30 hectares, with most of the land consisting of trees, shrubs, and grassland, aside from the buildings. The current green coverage rate is 54%.  PU is also actively working to maintain the campus's green coverage rate by continuously planting trees and distinctive plants.  The various activities held in the open areas and recreational spaces of the university are also open to community members and the general public, welcoming them to participate on campus.
