Education and Training Activities at Providence University (2024 Academic Year) - 2024學年度校內教職員工各項教育訓練與研習

Providence University provides systematic, values-based training on gender equality, diversity, respect, and fairness across all levels of the organization. The university regularly delivers workshops and seminars for faculty members, administrative staff, and Gender Equality Committee members, covering topics such as fundamental gender equality concepts, gender diversity and identity, relevant legislation, prevention and handling of campus gender-related incidents, anti-bullying and sexual bullying, professional boundaries in faculty–student interactions, and mandatory reporting responsibilities. These training programs are integrated into new staff orientation as well as ongoing professional development, ensuring that ethical values are consistently embedded in teaching, administration, and governance practices throughout the institution.
